Ford to Launch Smallest Engine in Company's History

In light of increasing demand for greater fuel economy, it's not just cars that are getting smaller and smaller. Ford has developed the smallest engine with the fewest cylinders in the company's 100-plus-year history: a new 1.0-liter 3-cylinder EcoBoost.
The 1-liter EcoBoost engine was first shown at the 2010 Beijing Auto Show in the Ford Start concept, and again this year in the Ford B-MAX at the 2011 Geneva Motor show.
